English Body Colouring Pages | Printable PDF

This colour and trace activity teaches ESL students and early learners English body vocabulary. Colour each of the six body parts with crayons, coloured pencils, or markers.

After colouring each of the pages, practice tracing the letters at the bottom of the page. Can you spell out and read each word?

What language skills are being taught?

These colour and trace worksheets are great resources to introduce early learners to the body and new vocabulary. By combining colouring with letter tracing, students practice:

  • Letter recognition
  • Pre-writing skills
  • Fine motor skills
  • Self-Awareness

Teaching nouns to your student

Nouns can be described as people, places or things. In these colouring pages, we are working with nouns. You can practice this vocabulary at home by doing lots of fun activities!

  • Sing songs that use body movement
  • Play games like “Teacher Says” or others
  • Incorporate activities that use hands and feet
