Studycat Community
Building brighter futures
Studycat was founded on a simple belief: learning should be joyful, engaging, and accessible to all. Language is more than a subject in school—it’s a foundation for opportunity. It builds confidence, strengthens communities, and creates pathways to a brighter future.
But for many children, access to quality language education is limited. Barriers such as lack of resources, systemic challenges, and limited exposure make learning a second language difficult.
That’s why we partner with organizations that share our vision.
Through innovative technology, thoughtfully designed learning materials, and hands-on educator training, we help young learners gain the skills they need to thrive. By making language education engaging and accessible, we’re opening doors to better education, meaningful careers, and the confidence to take on the world.
Partnering for impact
Creating real change requires collaboration. We work with dedicated organizations that share our belief in the power of education to transform lives. Together, we develop programs that provide children with meaningful learning experiences, resources, and the support they need to build a brighter future.
In Cambodia, we partner with ISF Cambodia, expanding access to English education while supporting students through football and structured learning programs. Atlas Foundation & Khelo Rugby combine language learning with structured play and community-led education to support underprivileged children. Partnering with the WAH Foundation, we’re helping bring digital language learning to students at KumrouKrong Primary School through a dedicated Language Lab for young students in underserved areas. In the UK, Autism on the Water promotes confidence and inclusion for autistic individuals through engaging sailing programs.
Each initiative is unique, but they all share a common purpose: equipping children with the skills and confidence to reach their full potential.

ISF Cambodia: Education and Opportunity Through Sport
Studycat is proud to partner with ISF Cambodia to support initiatives that give children access to education and opportunities that can change their futures. ISF’s programs are designed to break the cycle of poverty by addressing both immediate needs and long-term development.
One part of this collaboration is through the Studycats Football Team in Phnom Penh. More than just a game, football provides underprivileged students with structure, teamwork, and the chance to be part of something bigger. Wearing a uniform, developing physical skills, and engaging in a supportive community all contribute to building confidence and self-esteem—essential qualities that extend far beyond the field.
Alongside the football program, Studycat supports ISF’s Education Programme, which helps students overcome barriers to learning. Children join between the ages of 8 and 11 and receive continued support all the way through university.
Studycat provides the Studycat English app, along with Studypacks and teacher training, helping students build a foundation in English that can lead to greater academic and career opportunities.
By supporting both education and sport, this partnership ensures that children not only gain essential skills but also the confidence and support they need to pursue a brighter future.

Atlas Foundation & Khelo Rugby
Studycat is proud to support the Khelo Rugby education program, working alongside the Atlas Foundation to bring English learning to children in underserved communities. Using tablets provided by the Memorial Fund, children in Sarawatipur are engaging with the Studycat app to build essential language skills in a fun and interactive way.
To ensure the program’s success, Studycat has trained Khelo Rugby educators to run ‘pop-up’ classes, making language learning accessible in more communities. We also recognized the need for stronger literacy support and have provided additional books to help children develop early reading skills alongside their language learning. Early results from Sarawatipur show strong engagement, with 90% of participant accounts being used weekly and students achieving an average score of 81%.
By combining technology with community-driven education, this initiative is helping children gain the confidence and tools they need for a brighter future.

Autism on the Water
Studycat is proud to support Autism on the Water (AOTW), a UK-based charity that empowers autistic individuals through sailing.
Founded in 2016 by Murray MacDonald, AOTW provides a safe, structured environment where participants can build confidence, develop social skills, and experience the joy of teamwork.
Through its sailing programs, AOTW helps autistic individuals connect with nature, strengthen problem-solving skills, and gain independence. The charity also raises awareness by participating in high-profile sailing events like Cowes Week, one of the UK’s premier yachting festivals.
Their two vessels, the Hunter 707 racing yacht and the Colvic Victor 34 “Confidence,” offer free sailing experiences to autistic individuals and their families, creating memorable opportunities that highlight abilities and strengths.
Studycat’s partnership with AOTW is built on a shared belief in inclusivity, confidence-building, and real-world learning experiences. By supporting AOTW, we help ensure more autistic individuals can access these life-changing opportunities.

WAH Foundation & the Language Lab in Cambodia
In collaboration with the WAH Foundation, Atlas Foundation, and The Anita, Alex, and Annabel Nicholson Memorial Fund, Studycat is proud to support the creation of a Language Lab at KumrouKrong Primary School in Kampong Chhnang, Cambodia.
This initiative aims to provide children in underserved communities with the opportunity to develop their English language skills, opening doors to new educational and career possibilities.
Studycat is providing essential tools for the program, including the Studycat English app and Studypacks for several hundred students, to begin with. The curriculum is designed to introduce English in a way that supports early learners in developing foundational language skills.
To support the teachers running the program, Studycat is also providing on-site training and ongoing guidance to facilitators, ensuring they have the resources needed to help students progress.
The program officially launches in February 2025, with Jake Whiddon, Head of Learning, and Mateo Solares, Studycat Co-Founder, traveling to Cambodia to help set up the first phase.
Equipped with tablets and an interactive whiteboard, students will attend structured lessons twice a week, giving them consistent exposure to high-quality language education. Our goal is to build a sustainable, interactive learning environment where students can improve their language skills while gaining confidence in their ability to learn.
If successful, we hope to expand the program to other underserved areas in Cambodia, bringing language learning opportunities to even more children in need.
Through this collaboration, we aim to empower the next generation of learners and provide them with the tools they need to succeed in the globalized world.
